These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and services provided by Ballsy Logos, a DBA of Castanuela Ventures LLC. By submitting an order, approving an artwork proof or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Custom Orders
Ballsy Logos provides custom printing on Ballsy-supplied and customer-supplied golf balls. Orders are produced according to the golf ball, quantity, artwork, text and printing options selected or approved by the customer.
Online products currently include single-sided printing unless otherwise stated. Two-sided printing and special-order golf balls must be arranged directly with Ballsy Logos and may require separate pricing.
Minimum Order
The minimum order is one dozen golf balls unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork and Proof Approval
Customers must provide artwork of sufficient quality for printing. Ballsy Logos may adjust artwork size, placement or formatting to fit the printable area of a golf ball.
A digital artwork proof will be provided before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, spelling, colors, placement and order details.
Production begins after the customer approves the proof. Approval by email or another written method is considered authorization to proceed.
Digital proofs are visual representations. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, golf ball dimples, curved printing surfaces and differences among golf ball covers.
Artwork Ownership and Permission
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, photographs, names and artwork submitted to Ballsy Logos.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from artwork supplied without proper authorization. Ballsy Logos may refuse artwork that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown per dozen unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout.
Volume pricing is based on the quantity of a single eligible product unless otherwise stated. Different golf ball products may not be combined to qualify for a quantity tier.
Payment is required before production unless Ballsy Logos approves other arrangements in writing. Special-order products may require payment before the golf balls are ordered from the supplier.
Production and Turnaround
Production times are estimates and begin after payment, final artwork approval and receipt of any customer-supplied golf balls.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee but must be confirmed before ordering. Ballsy Logos is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed proof approval, supplier availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Local Pickup
Online orders are currently available for local pickup. Shipping is not available unless Ballsy Logos approves separate arrangements in writing.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.
Customer-Supplied Golf Balls
Customer-supplied golf balls should be new, clean and suitable for UV printing. Printing results may vary based on brand, cover material, finish, age and condition.
Ballsy Logos is not responsible for preexisting damage, manufacturer defects or differences in how particular golf ball covers accept ink.
If customer-supplied golf balls are damaged because of an error by Ballsy Logos during production, our responsibility is limited to the reasonable replacement value of the affected golf balls.
Cancellations, Returns and Printing Issues
Custom orders may be changed or canceled before artwork approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Personalized products are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Printing errors or defective products must be reported within five business days of receiving the order.

Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and order information. Ballsy Logos is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Limitation of Responsibility
Ballsy Logos will make reasonable efforts to produce each order accurately and on time. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services.
Changes to These Terms
Ballsy Logos may update these Terms and Conditions as its products, services or business practices change. The most recent revision date will appear at the top of this page.
